- Representation of the Coop cooperative as property owner and as tenant in rented properties
- Responsible for minor renovations and repairs as well as regular maintenance
- Development of management and rental concepts with the supervisor
- Preparation of rental contracts and amendments
- Responsible for the acceptance and handover of rental properties
Requirements
- You have professional experience in property management
- You have completed further training as a property manager with a federal diploma or an equivalent qualification
- You are proficient and comfortable with digital media
- You hold a category B driving license
