YOU WORK FOR WE®
As a Finance Administrator, you are part of a small, well-coordinated finance team and support the department with a variety of financial and administrative tasks. You take responsibility for branch accounting and ensure that financial processes run smoothly and correctly.
You work closely with the finance team and report professionally to our Manager Accounting & Reporting based in the Netherlands. This makes you part of an international finance organization.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the branch accounting of our Swiss stores
- Processing accounts payable
- Bank and accounts receivable reconciliation
- Close cooperation with our stores as well as advising on administrative and accounting issues
- Supporting the stores in the financial handling of daily business
- Contributing to the optimization of finance and administration processes
