You will be responsible for the maintenance of several buildings located in the city of Onex. This includes lawned and planted areas as well as access paths to the common areas of a complex of eight buildings.

You appreciate autonomy, the requirement of neat and orderly work. You are described as an open person looking for solutions, able to show discretion and trust, then this announcement concerns you.

Job description:

• Maintenance of the common areas of the eight buildings (entrances, stairwells, floor landings, basements, and technical rooms)
• Monitoring the underground parking and sweeping
• Taking out and bringing in the containers
• Maintenance of lawned areas (mowing, watering, various treatments, etc.)
• Maintenance of planted areas (weeding and tilling, watering, planting, treatments)
• Cleaning, cutting dead wood, maintaining pathways
• Sweeping and snow removal of pedestrian areas and hard surfaces
• Maintenance of outdoor furniture
• Removal of weeds and moss on paved areas
• Contact with the property management for all points related to the exteriors

Furthermore, if you are:

• Willing, sociable, and enthusiastic
• Team-spirited
• Calm and organized
• Ready to live on site (mandatory)

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in building maintenance, exterior maintenance, and gardening or hold a qualification considered equivalent
• Good knowledge of the concierge sector
• Use of professional machines and equipment
• Contact with tenant residents or co-owners
