Your Tasks
- Strategic and operational overall responsibility for the nursing and therapy areas of the Zofingen campus, including active interface management
- Leadership and development of around 430 employees in close cooperation with the department heads
- Ensuring high-quality and patient-centered care
- Active participation in shaping the overarching hospital strategy and further development of the interprofessional campus model with a focus on integrated care and seamless collaboration between professional groups
- Promotion of an innovation- and employee-oriented leadership culture
- Responsibility for budget and resource planning within the area of responsibility
- Representation of nursing and therapy professions in hospital management, towards authorities, professional associations, and partner institutions
- Ensuring compliance with data protection guidelines and legal requirements in handling patient data
Your Profile
- Diploma in Nursing (HF/FH) with further education at university or management level (e.g., MAS, MBA)
- Several years of leadership experience in a comparable function within healthcare
- Strong strategic, organizational, and communication skills: the ability to develop long-term goals and implement them flexibly, efficiently organize complex processes, and build trust with employees and partners through clear and empathetic communication
- Integrative and solution-oriented personality with high social competence and pragmatic leadership style
- Deep understanding of economic contexts in healthcare, especially to cope with increasing cost and savings pressure as well as skilled labor shortages; ability to holistically manage complex economic and organizational processes
- Enjoyment of collaboration in a dynamic leadership team and further development of innovative care models
