The pre-operative maternity consultation is looking for a 70% desk secretary, spread over 4 days a week, to complete its administrative team.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the five Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, research, and education.
The Women-Mother-Child Department (DFME) brings together the gynecology, obstetrics, neonatology, pediatrics, and pediatric surgery services. More than 1,500 professionals work there to support women throughout their lives, in gynecological, obstetrical, and psychosocial aspects, as well as children from birth to adolescence.
Mission
- You schedule preoperative gynecology-obstetrics and anesthesia consultations
- You welcome patients and their relatives according to current guidelines
- You organize additional examinations, internal or external, necessary for care
- You perform various administrative tasks related to the outpatient activity of the consultation.
Profile
- You hold a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent recognized qualification
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a medical environment
- You have perfect command of written French, as well as health system standards
- You are versatile, organized, and autonomous
- You have a good team spirit, excellent communication skills, and can manage several tasks simultaneously
- You are comfortable with MS Office and ideally with institutional tools (Axya, Ultragenda, Medex, Soarian, Archimède.)
