These are your tasks

• Efficient implementation of the operational goals set by contract management in daily business
• Technical and personnel leadership of the subordinate team of about 7 employees
• First point of contact for the team and customers – you decide, support, and coordinate
• Handling of telephone and written customer inquiries regarding our services in all matters
• Responsibility for creating and following up on service offers until contract conclusion
• Monitoring of customer, mandate, and system changes as well as billing concepts
• Monitoring customer management (creating new customers / modifying existing customer addresses)
• Identifying training needs and development potential within the team and ensuring productive deployment and efficient integration of new employees

This is what you bring

• Completed technical basic training, ideally in the field of building technology (heating or sanitary) with several years of commercial office experience
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in developing employees
• Customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking with a sales flair
• High affinity for processes, digital tools as well as ERP/CRM or billing systems
• Very good German skills, French is an advantage
• In-depth understanding of the framework conditions of the Swiss market (e.g. VEWA, ZEV, data protection)
