Work where others spend their winter holidays: The Wall Bar on the Eiger Glacier is a meeting point for winter sports enthusiasts from all over the world and offers a unique working environment right at the foot of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. For the winter season from 14 December 2026 to 4 April 2027, we are looking for a motivated person who cooks with passion, keeps an overview even in lively moments, and creates unforgettable guest experiences together with the team.

Your tasks:- Preparation & Organisation: You ensure the mise en place according to production planning and ensure efficient processes in the kitchen.
- Food preparation: You prepare our dishes independently and professionally and ensure consistently high quality.
- Quality & hygiene standards: You consistently and independently implement hygiene and HACCP guidelines.
- Inventory management: You assist with goods receipt, stock management and the careful use of foodstuffs.
- Workplace maintenance: You ensure order, cleanliness and a well-kept workplace.
- Teamwork in daily operations: You actively participate in a lively winter operation with high guest volume and support the team wherever you are needed.
Your profile:
- Completed training as a cook with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in gastronomy, ideally in a seasonal or busy operation.
- Resilience and flexibility as well as an independent, reliable working style.
- Team spirit and social skills with open, respectful communication.
- Good German language skills, additional language skills are an advantage.
- Enjoy working in an international environment and a unique mountain destination.
