Tasks

Performing research and analytics for JV business processes, opportunities and reporting

Supporting in daily CRM activities, projects and user management

Monitoring shipment progress and handling exceptions during transportation

Preparing CRM communication and training material

Overall support in JV and CRM teams in daily business tasks
