Mechanic / Technical All-Rounder Production & Maintenance with development to Roaster
60% (Feb–Jul) / 100% (Aug–Jan) | year-round salary of 80%
You are technically skilled, like to get involved yourself, and want a role with responsibility and variety? Then you can expect a combination of maintenance, production, and seasonal special function – with an attractive annual work model.
In this role, you take on technical responsibility for systems and infrastructure during the quieter months. In the main season, you will be carefully trained as a roaster and additionally work actively in production in shifts.
Your tasks:
Maintenance & Technology (February–July, 60%)
- Maintenance, repair, and monitoring of production equipment
- Creation and maintenance of maintenance plans as well as technical documentation
- Coordination of external service technicians
- Responsibility for spare parts and technical order
- Optimization and further development of the systems
Production & Roasting (August–January, 100%)
- Comprehensive training and deployment as a roaster
- Work in shift operation • ensuring smooth production processes
- Independent troubleshooting during the season
- On-call duty in the main season
- Taking over tasks from maintenance & technology during the production phase
Your profile:
- Technical basic training, e.g., polymechanic, production mechanic, car mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, electrician, facility maintenance specialist, or comparable
- Technical understanding and enthusiasm for systems and machines
- Willingness to work shifts in the main season
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Interest in developing further as a roaster
