Every 40th resident of Chur is our customer. We are active with 330 customers daily. With around 150 employees, we are the largest Spitex organization in the canton of Graubünden, providing care and support services for people, allowing them to live independently in their familiar environment despite age or illness-related limitations.
To strengthen our interdisciplinary nursing teams, we are looking for a
Health Professional (Workload by arrangement)
Your tasks:
- Individual care and support for our customers in personal hygiene, dressing, and meals
- Carrying out medical technical tasks (e.g., blood sugar monitoring, insulin injections)
- Administering medications
- Individual assistance in daily activities and household management
- Recognizing, promoting, and maintaining the individual resources of our customers
- Exchanging information with relatives and specialists
- Taking on roles such as service planning, deployment planning, supporting employees in the autonomous team

You bring:
- Completed training as a health professional EFZ
- High sense of responsibility, empathy, pronounced observational skills
- Openness and tolerance towards people of all ages and cultures
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2), understanding of Swiss German
- Driving license category B or enjoyment of cycling
