Chief Development Officer / Chief Business Development Officer

The Bellevue Medical Group is a leading interdisciplinary network of neurological, neuropsychological, and sleep medicine competence centers in the German-speaking part of Switzerland with over 200 employees at 20 locations.

The group is in a dynamic growth phase. In the coming years, we plan to establish numerous additional centers in Switzerland. Our growth occurs both organically through new locations and through partnerships and targeted acquisitions (M&A). At the same time, we want to geographically expand our presence, including through expansion into the French-speaking part of Switzerland.

To strengthen our management team in Zurich, we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality as Chief Development Officer / Chief Business Development Officer who will significantly shape the strategic and operational development of our platform as well as the establishment of new centers.

• Development and implementation of the company’s growth and expansion strategy
• Overall responsibility for the establishment of new centers from site analysis to opening
• Leadership and further development of the interdisciplinary growth team responsible for planning, building, and opening new centers (including construction, IT, marketing, scheduling/software, and operational setup processes)
• Management of M&A projects (identification, evaluation, negotiation, and integration)
• Building and maintaining partnerships with doctors, medical institutions, and other cooperation partners
• Close collaboration with CEO, COO, CFO, and the management team

• Several years of experience in implementing growth and expansion projects, ideally with a background in strategy consulting or a growth-oriented platform company
• Experience in building and scaling platform or network organizations
• Solid knowledge in the healthcare sector or comparable regulated industries
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to actively accompany projects on-site – from site selection through construction and furnishing to the opening of new centers
• Experience in leading complex projects and interdisciplinary teams
• Entrepreneurial personality with enthusiasm for building organizations and actively shaping growth
• Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
