Production Mechanic (Plant Operator)

• Operating, adjusting, and monitoring various production plants along the manufacturing process
• Ensuring smooth production flow at different process stations
• Performing simple maintenance and repair work as well as caring for machines and tools
• Setting up and operating industrial robots
• Quality control using measuring and testing equipment according to specifications
• Monitoring and controlling technical systems and production systems
• Recording and documenting production and process data in the ERP system
• Adhering to safety, cleanliness, and order regulations in the work area
• Transporting and stacking pallets using a forklift

• Completed vocational training and good technical or mechanical understanding
• At least 3 years of experience in industry or production (e.g., plant operation, machine operation, building materials or raw material production)
• Interest in learning about new plants and processes
• Experience with automated systems, PLC, or robotics is an advantage
• Forklift license or willingness to obtain one
• Willingness to work in 2-shift operation and occasional Saturdays
• Very good German skills (at least level B2)
• Physical resilience as well as a reliable and team-oriented working style
