Your missions
You have technical responsibility for one of our high-potential sectors and are based in Île-de-France or Normandy, ideally in the northwest of Paris.
As a Field After-Sales Service Technician, your mission is to ensure the installation and commissioning of new machines, preventive and corrective maintenance of our systems, and technical user training.
You handle customer support around the technical assistance of our high value-added instruments in the Medical and Life Science field (hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical industry, laboratory…)
This involves
Installations and commissioning in compliance with customer specifications
Monitoring of projects, management of subcontractors in accordance with the schedule in close liaison with the project manager.
Preventive maintenance
Corrective interventions on electrical, IT, pneumatic, hydraulic, and pressure (steam) aspects
Metrology services (temperature, pressure, detergents, and mass)
Special services on equipment, updates, decennial maintenance
Identification of business development opportunities in your sector
Administrative management: writing service reports, managing vehicle stock, respecting established processes, reporting to management
Frequent travel is expected in your sector, occasionally throughout France and at our European production sites.
Your profile
You are a talented technical professional. A man/woman passionate about technology and customer relations. You will bring:
Technical experience, validated by a qualifying technical training (minimum Bac +2, electrotechnics, mechanics, industrial maintenance…) and field experience, ideally in the medical field
Knowledge of equipment, consumables, and detergent products in the medical engineering field
Established communication and presentation skills, face-to-face and in groups
Excellent command of spoken and written French, as well as English proficiency. German is a plus.
