Your tasks:

• Personnel and professional management of the store (approx. 70 employees)
• Responsibility for key figures
• Professional and efficient customer care as well as ensuring optimal sales readiness
• Contributions to a performance-oriented and sustainable company development

Your profile:

• Training in retail or gastronomy
• Several years of sales and management experience in a comparable position
• Specialist further training in management and sales
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking, team spirit, customer orientation and high service commitment
• Close connection to the region is an advantage
