Main tasks
Your profile
- Holder of a diploma as a Microtechnology Technician or equivalent qualification
- At least three years of proven experience in a similar position, experience in watch casing would be a plus
- Good knowledge of CAD (preferably SolidWorks)
- Good knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
- Your rigor, precision, and analytical skills allow you to manage complex cross-functional projects with particular attention to detail.
- Your adaptability enables you to approach uncertainty with proactivity and optimism.
- You know how to manage differences of opinion with ease to advance collective projects.
- Creative and proactive, you promote your ideas while remaining attentive to the needs and constraints of your internal clients.
- You are driven by sharing and supporting teams and show a real interest in project management and change management.
- Knowledge of PLM tools is an advantage
