Do you think entrepreneurially and act in a service-oriented manner? As a property manager, you ensure a safe and smooth building operation, coordinate facility and workplace services, and ensure high service quality as well as a positive user experience. You are the central interface between customers, internal teams and external service providers.

What awaits you

• Ensuring smooth and customer-oriented building operations
• Operational support and monitoring of facility and workplace services
• Coordination of service providers, craftsmen and internal as well as external stakeholders
• Follow-up and final inspection of tickets, orders and operational measures
• Conducting regular building inspections to check quality, order, cleanliness and functionality of workplaces and communal areas
• Organisation of room occupancy, internal moves and fleet management
• Organisation and coordination of logistical services within the framework of workplace projects
• Monitoring safety standards as well as identifying optimisation and improvement potential

What you bring with you

• Several years of professional experience in facility and property management
• Experience in coordinating and managing external service providers, suppliers and various stakeholders
• Technical understanding of building infrastructure as well as facility and workplace services
• Confident handling of ticketing systems
• Experience in coordinating operational processes as well as order and measure management
• Fluent German skills, both spoken and written
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
