Your tasks - your passion:

4 restaurants | 3 food concepts | over 400 wine & sparkling wine selections & YOU!

Welcoming and attending to our guests for breakfast and/or dinner (depending on shift) in our hotel restaurants "Thomas Mann" and "Zauberberg"
Responsible for your own service station
Active & professional sale of drinks, spirits, and wines to guests
Preparing the mise en place and its control
Performing cleaning tasks

Your profile – what sets you apart:

Completed training as a restaurant specialist and preferably solid professional experience in upscale gastronomy
Warmth, confident appearance, and polished manners
High commitment, flexibility, and resilience
Sense of responsibility, organizational talent, and loyalty
Committed and independent working style
Fluent German and English communication skills are required, additional languages are an advantage
You recognize even the unspoken guest needs
Creativity should not be a foreign word - WE are open to new things
