- You lead the Wil building services team with three employees and are responsible for deployment and on-call planning.
- The operation, maintenance, and servicing of building technology systems, especially in the HVAC area, are your responsibility.
- You independently carry out maintenance, service, and repair work and efficiently resolve malfunctions.
- Through preventive maintenance and continuous system monitoring, you ensure safe and trouble-free operation.
- You manage the building management system and actively participate in optimization and efficiency measures.
- You evaluate meter and consumption data and document it carefully.
- You coordinate external specialist companies, accompany renovations and smaller construction projects, and professionally accept the completed work.
- You document all maintenance, repair, and servicing work in the FM system and maintain the technical documentation.
- You independently manage the locking and access systems, including key and authorization management.
- You ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal standards, and safety regulations.
- You have completed a technical or craft basic training in building services, HVAC, building technology, or facility maintenance.
- Further training as a caretaker with a federal certificate, maintenance specialist with a federal certificate, or a comparable qualification (HF/FH advantageous) completes your profile.
- You bring several years of professional experience in the operation and maintenance of building technology systems, ideally in a complex environment.
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation, and technical maintenance distinguishes you.
- Ideally, you have experience with mechanical and electronic locking and access systems.
- Independent, structured, and responsible work is one of your strengths.
- You are characterized by organizational skills and enjoy coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
- You are service-oriented, a team player, and always act with safety awareness.
- You are willing to take on on-call duty in rotation.
