For a successful real estate company in the canton of Aargau, we are looking for a Project Manager Real Estate Development (m/f/d) 100 % with experience in project development, site development and client representation.

The company develops and realises its own real estate projects and accompanies them through various phases of value creation. The focus is on plots, sites and properties with development potential for residential, commercial and mixed uses.

In this role, you will take on a central role in the development of own real estate projects on the client or owner side – from the initial idea through strategic conception, feasibility and profitability assessment, as well as planning law clarification to building permit. In doing so, you represent the interests of the owners and manage the collaboration with internal and external project partners.

Your responsibilities

• Management of real estate development projects up to and including building permit as well as taking over client or owner representation for various own real estate projects
• Development and assessment of urban planning, usage and profitability concepts taking into account planning law framework conditions
• Development of object and project strategies as well as market, demand and location analyses
• Management and coordination of development projects with internal and external project partners
• Building and maintaining a professional network as well as representing the company internally and externally

Your skills

• Higher education in architecture, civil engineering, spatial planning, real estate or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in real estate or project development with responsibility for projects, budgets and costs
• Good knowledge in the areas of planning law, profitability and project management
• Good understanding of the interfaces between project development, real estate market and marketing
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in recognising development potentials and transferring them into viable projects
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Good MS Office skills
