Job Description
Technical Responsibilities
Performing sampling within the QC sampling unit. This includes but is not limited to:
• Participate in sampling sessions for plant and clean utilities, environmental monitoring and raw materials.
• Sample logistics (receipt, storage, SM LIMS registration, aliquoting, distribution and disposition of samples).
• Support of raw material sampling sessions at external warehouse (3PL).
• Supporting external shipment of QC samples (third party laboratories, suppliers or customers).
• Daily laboratory maintenance (support, washers, waste disposal).
Responsible for the accurate recording of sampling protocols and storage of samples.
Support the organisation of the day to day operations of all QC laboratories such as materials management, equipment maintenance, FMS monitoring and others as required.
Document all activities to meet cGMP/cGDP requirements. Maintain compliance in assigned work and follow all safety procedures.
Performs all duties in strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices and safety guidelines. Maintain the necessary compliance status as required by company and facility standards.
Suggest and implement procedures to improve sampling.
Quality
• Adheres to general cGMP rules, Quality policies, procedures and instruction as rolled out by the Quality function and endorsed by the site management.
• Actively supplies to continuous quality improvement initiatives and deviation reporting and follow-up.
EHSS
• Adheres to general safety rules, policies, procedures and instructions as rolled out by the EHSS functions and endorsed by the site management.
• Actively gives to safety initiatives and issues as well as near miss reporting and follow-up.

Education
• Completed apprenticeship or traineeship in the pharmaceutical or food sector (ideal), alternatively lateral entrance with technical training.
• Capability to operate autonomously following internal work protocols and detailed documentation.

• Good knowledge of German (oral and written) is a prerequisite, basic English understanding required.
• Highly accurate and reliable working style.
Experience & Competencies
• Minimum 2 years industry experience in a technical environment.
• GMP experience or laboratory experience is an advantage.
