To complement our HR team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a
HR Payroll & Time Management Specialist (100%)
You work in a structured way, like to take responsibility, and appreciate a position where operational HR work and consulting are equally important. In this role, you take on a central function around payroll and time management and actively contribute to efficient and modern HR processes. Your tasks include, among others:
Your Challenge
- Responsibility for monthly payroll processing including social insurances, together with a colleague on a monthly rotation
- Ensuring correct and timely processing of all payroll-relevant data
- Support and further development of our time management system
- Advising managers and employees on questions regarding salary, social insurances, and employment conditions
- Ensuring professional HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from entry to exit
- Participation in HR projects as well as active involvement in the further development of our HR processes and HR systems
- Depending on profile and experience, you additionally take responsibility for supporting a defined organizational area as the HR contact person for personnel-related topics.
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training with further education in HR (e.g., HR specialist)
- Several years of experience in HR administration with a focus on payroll
- Good knowledge of social insurance and labor law
- Structured, reliable, and discreet working style
- Team-oriented personality with a high service orientation
- Experience with digital HR systems (e.g., Opale, PEP, Swiss+, REXX) is an advantage
