Customer Advisor (80 - 100% workload)
Your Tasks
- Customer consulting for the entire range of audiovisual technology
- Telephone and written customer contact
- Representation of the company towards existing and future customers
- Processing of offers and orders as well as creation of concepts and sales documents
- Support of the specialist consulting and the locations in sales activities
- Processing of tenders
- Support in customer acquisition as well as in new business projects
Your Profile
- Commercial apprenticeship or further training in the commercial field
- First experience in customer service is an advantage in the field of multimedia electronics
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- Very good IT user skills are required
- High customer and service orientation
- Positive and well-groomed appearance
- Team-oriented, reliable, and precise working style
