As a true ambassador of the house and the excellence pursued by CHANEL, you ensure an ultimate experience in our fashion boutiques throughout the entire customer journey.
Your main tasks are the following:
As the first contact in the boutique with the house, you warmly welcome customers while adhering to the boutique charter. You direct them to the rooms and salespeople depending on the reason for their visit.
You know how to manage expectations and refer customers to the right contact person.
You can identify our VIC customers and are actively involved in their reception, offering additional services (valet parking, connection to hotels...).
When salespeople are not available, you moderate the conversation, pique customers' curiosity, and keep them waiting with the tools provided by the house; you guarantee a pleasant waiting time.
Thanks to your knowledge of the boutique's specifics (history, style, works, etc.), the team, and your perfect command of internal procedures, you answer customers' questions.
You stay informed about the surrounding cultural and gastronomic activities to inform customers and support the salesperson.
You are a guarantor of the brand image and ensure that the store is kept tidy.
You make suggestions to improve the customer experience.
You help with wrapping, offering drinks to customers, reorganizing the stock.
Your profile:
You have extensive experience in customer contact (hotel, gastronomy, animation, caretaking services, ...).
You are solution-oriented, have excellent social skills, and a very good memory.
You enjoy sharing your knowledge and skills with your teams.
Your reliability, agility, flexibility, and service orientation are excellent assets to successfully master this task.
You have a strong sensitivity to fashion and culture.
German (Swiss German) is your native language.
Proficiency in English and digital tools is essential.
