As a Measurement Technician 3D Programmer (all genders) with Zeiss expertise, you ensure that every part meets our high precision standards – and that quality is not only checked but lived.
Your area of responsibility includes:
Programming, setting up, and calibrating the 3D Zeiss coordinate measuring machine
Creating, adjusting, and optimizing measurement programs
Conducting initial sampling, series, and special inspections
Checking components and assemblies for dimensional accuracy, form, and positional tolerances
Analyzing measurement data and creating measurement protocols and inspection reports
Documenting quality records in ERP and CAQ systems
Supporting production in quality-relevant matters
Performing process capability analyses and optimizing inspection methods
Training production staff on the 3D measuring machine
To be successful in this position, you have the following qualifications and skills:
Technical basic training (precision mechanic, toolmaker, cutting machine operator, polymechanic)
Experience with Zeiss 3D coordinate machines
Very good knowledge in interpreting CAD data, reading technical drawings, and form and positional tolerances
Proficient knowledge of the Office suite and evaluation tools
Completed AUKOM training
Good German skills at least A2
