- Independent handling of all matters related to funeral services (recording of deaths, arranging funerals, free funerals, etc.)
- Responsible for fee invoicing of the funeral and sealing service
- Carrying out preparatory work for sealing negotiations
- Supporting the practical trainer in apprentice supervision
- Additional tasks such as answering inquiries, telephone and mail service, approval of gravestone applications, etc.
- Completed commercial basic training and initial professional experience
- Networked thinking, discretion, and high social competence
- Service-oriented, independent and precise, reliable, flexible, and a team player.
- Good oral and written communication skills as well as good MS Office knowledge
