As the person responsible for training, you continuously develop the SLRG's training and continuing education offerings
You lead projects and working groups and contribute to the general development of the education system
You plan, organize, and conduct the continuing education weekends for our SLRG instructors (one to two weekends per year)
You review equivalencies of training and advise committed volunteers on their path into the SLRG education system
You support the Education team with other tasks and in collaboration with partners (e.g., J+S, esa, ILSE)
What you bring
Solid education in the field of education (university or university of applied sciences degree in adult education or trainer certificate)
Experience in project management
Willingness to take responsibility
Networked and solution-oriented thinking
Independent and structured way of working
Teamwork skills, flexibility, and a service-oriented attitude
Confident communication in German as well as solid knowledge of French and/or Italian
Interest in topics related to water safety and ideally knowledge of the structures of Youth+Sport (J+S) and/or Adult Sports Switzerland (esa)
What to expect from us
A meaningful and socially relevant activity in the largest Swiss organization for safety on, in, and around water
A self-organized and collegial working environment with plenty of creative freedom and high personal responsibility
Contemporary social benefits as well as diverse opportunities for personal and professional development
A modern working environment with the possibility of home office (except Tuesdays, presence on site)
An annual salary in the upper five-figure range
Five paid training days per year for a 100% workload
A strong national anchoring as a member organization of the Swiss Red Cross (SRK) and working according to the Red Cross principles
