ASA - Specialist in Occupational Safety and Health Protection

Your area of responsibility

Assuming the tasks of an ASA within a model and industry solution

• Hazard identification and risk assessments
• Development, creation, and updating of tools
• Conducting audits and site inspections and preparing reports
• Preparation and execution of training sessions and conferences
• Supporting companies in implementing the SRB model solution (workshops and coaching)
• Advising clients in the areas of safety, health, possibly a specific specialty
• Further development of inter-company solutions (model solution and industry solution)
• Supporting risk management

Your profile

• You hold the federal specialist certificate as a specialist for occupational safety and health protection (ASGS) (ASA according to EKAS RL 6508) or have a degree as an engineer Uni/ETH/FH with additional training as a safety engineer EKAS.
• Experience as an ASA in a company or a model or industry solution
• Special knowledge in one of the areas is an advantage: chemistry, machinery, explosion or fire protection
• SVEB certificate "Trainer - Conducting learning events" or equivalent training is an advantage
• Native German speaker, fluent in French, English is an advantage
• Rhetorically skilled with pronounced social competence and analytical thinking ability
• Independent, efficient, and precise working style
