The Zurich Cantonal Bank invests in the development of young people! We are looking for high-performing individuals for our IT trainee program. The assignments during the 18-month program will be cross-departmental or project-based and individually tailored to your interests and skills.

Your tasks

With practical assignments inside and outside IT, you will continuously deepen your professional know-how.
Your assignments will be continuously and individually planned and designed to suit your development path.
During your trainee program, you will gain insights into the entire bank and discover the versatility of our bank.
The training is rounded off by internal further education and trainee events where you can continuously develop and network.
After the trainee program, an exciting entry-level position in IT with a focus on software engineering and versatile development opportunities awaits you.

Your profile

You have a university degree (bachelor's/master's level) in computer science or a technical field and very good German skills.
You are characterized by your great initiative as well as your networked and holistic thinking.

You are open to new things and show continuous willingness to learn and perform.
You have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
Ideally, you also bring some initial professional experience or have the following technical knowledge:
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Typescript
- Knowledge in Continuous Integration & Delivery (CloudBees/Jenkins, Maven, Tomcat, Nexus, GitLab)
