Your tasks

You independently carry out installations, instructions, repairs, and maintenance on our systems at customers in the German-speaking Switzerland region

You will create documentation/reports about your service deployments and map the data in the FSM

You actively and constructively collaborate with project and internal service staff

For optimal task fulfillment, we provide you with all equipment including a company vehicle.

Your profile

You have successfully completed training in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering, or as a sanitary or heating installer with electrical knowledge and have a passion for technical products

Ideally, you have professional experience in the field of medical technology

You have already gained experience in field service and have a high willingness to travel

You speak fluent German; good communication skills in English or French are desirable

You are characterized by a pronounced customer and service orientation as well as good manners

You complete your profile with a proactive, solution-oriented, reliable working style and great team spirit
