Tasks

• You provide high-quality nursing care in collaboration with patients and their environment, taking into account the applicable nursing care concept.
• You promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate in it, both at the team and hospital level.
• You evaluate your performance and adjust it in the sense of continuous quality improvement.
• You contribute to the further development of the department.
• You supervise, support, and advise new employees as well as trainees and students.

Profile

• Dipl. Nurse HF/FH / DNII / AKP
• Professional experience in acute care is an advantage.
• Fluent German language skills (min. B2), knowledge of French is an advantage.
• You are proficient in common computer programs.
• You bring a dynamic and constructive attitude.
• You have social skills, teamwork ability, and communication skills.
• If interested, there is the possibility to work as a practical trainer and vocational trainer or to complete the training.
