For strategic real estate development, we are immediately seeking a dynamic individual who wants to help shape the structural future of the hospital.
You will work on real estate development and construction projects and ensure that the construction projects are aligned with the hospital's strategy and the needs of the users. In doing so, you can gradually familiarise yourself with demanding strategic real estate and construction issues and take on responsibility.
Who we are
Your tasks
- Participation in the strategic further development of the real estate portfolio as well as in the development and regular review of the real estate strategy
- Support in the development of site strategies, master planning and strategic real estate planning
- Participation in demanding real estate and construction projects – from the initial idea and feasibility studies to handover to execution
- Support in the development and implementation of a holistic space strategy as well as in the establishment of strategic space management
- Development of utilisation concepts and space programmes for new buildings and existing properties as well as conducting and preparing analyses, feasibility studies, test planning and competitions
- Preparation of decision-making bases and presentations for project managers and executive management as well as coordination and collaboration with internal and external specialist departments and stakeholders
Your profile
- Master's degree (university/FH) in business administration, architecture or a comparable field - additional training in real estate is an advantage
- Initial professional experience in real estate and construction projects – ideally in hospital construction or construction activities in the public sector
- Interest in the specific requirements of the healthcare sector and hospital-specific operational processes
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as enjoyment in preparing complex matters in a structured way and visualising them clearly. Solution-oriented, structured and reliable working style with a high willingness to learn and initiative
- Ability to work independently while enjoying interdisciplinary and team-oriented collaboration. Strong communication skills, confident appearance and enjoyment in working with different stakeholder groups
- Strong interest in strategic issues of real estate development and willingness to familiarise yourself with demanding topics and complex organisations
