Actively shape the medical care of Domicil Bern AG together with a young and dynamic team. Together with the home doctors team, you will care for the residents at the assigned locations.

Your Profile
- Nursing Expert MScN (completed or in training), ideally with a specialisation as Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in the role of Nurse Practitioner in general practice or long-term care is an advantage
- Team-oriented, dynamic and solution-focused personality
- Interest in co-creating and building up
- Good IT skills
- Driving licence category B desired
