Your Tasks

Support in recruiting (job postings, applicant management, appointment coordination)
Assistance with onboarding & offboarding (documents, processes, welcome procedures)
Maintenance of personnel master data and digital HR tools
Support with employment contracts, additional agreements & certificates
Assistance with HR projects (e.g., employer branding, process optimization & labor law research)

Depending on your interests and progress in your studies, you can take on your own topics and expand your responsibilities.

Your Profile

Enrolled student (e.g., business administration, human resource management, labor law or similar)
Interest in personnel topics & German labor law
Structured, reliable, and discreet working style
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with people
Confident handling of MS Office (you will learn everything else with us)
German at a very good level
