We are looking for a visionary leader who strategically shapes our product worlds, drives innovations forward, and successfully leads Biotta into the future together with a committed team.

Your stage for innovation & strategy

• Overall responsibility for the assortment strategy of the Biotta categories (juices, fasting concepts, new product worlds)
• Development and implementation of the strategy: strengthening the core business as well as expansion through innovation, renovation, and line extensions for the Swiss market and export
• Leadership and active participation in strategy and innovation initiatives
• Responsibility, leadership, and implementation of selected projects within product management.
• Conducting market and trend analyses to continuously adapt Biotta to changing consumer needs
• Development and support of marketing and sales promotion measures in close cooperation with sales
• Management of projects in the areas of packaging, communication, and market research
• Responsibility for reporting, budget planning, and control of the product portfolio
• Scouting trends, cooperations, and partnerships as well as participation in national and international trade fairs
• Leading a small interdisciplinary team

Your profile – your toolbox for Biotta

• Completed business studies (university/FH) or commercial training with further education in marketing/sales.
• Several years of experience in product and category management of consumer goods, ideally in the food or beverage sector.
• Proven successes in holistic portfolio management.
• Entrepreneurial, strategic thinking with foresight in portfolio management.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills combined with project management competence.
• Leadership experience and confident stakeholder management.
• Experience with innovation management methods (e.g., Design Thinking) and market research.
• Fluent in German and English, French is an advantage.
• Positive, motivating personality with charisma and energy.
