- You lead your team technically and organizationally and also pitch in yourself
- You bring projects to completion in a structured way and with high quality standards

- Electrician or installation electrician EFZ
- Experience in leading construction sites
- You take responsibility for the team, quality, and deadlines
- You work in a structured way and keep an overview even in demanding situations
- Driver's license category B
- You actively contribute to our successful apprentice training
- 40-hour week (in the summer months a 4.5-day week is possible depending on the project)
- 27 – 30 days of vacation
