About the Position

Become part of our dedicated team in the foundry and support us in the production of high-quality insulating bodies. In a modern environment, you work independently and ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.

What You Can Achieve

• Winding insulating bodies according to orders, regulations, drawings, and winding tables

• Preparing and casting epoxy resin and silicone casting compounds using the pressure casting process

• Performing assembly work and relevant production steps

• Cleaning equipment and components, partly with automatic systems

• Documenting production and process values

• Troubleshooting as well as maintenance and repair work on machines

• Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations

• Quality control, orderliness and cleanliness at the workplace, as well as actively contributing improvement suggestions

What You Bring

• High safety and quality awareness as well as basic technical understanding

• Ideally a technical training or further education (e.g., plant operator)

• Willingness to learn and motivation for further development

• Team spirit, reliability, and enjoyment in achieving goals together

• Basic knowledge of German (B1/B2); experience with tiller, crane, or lifting platform is an advantage

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
