2nd level support as well as content management of various customer-specific training and collaboration applications
Competent contact person for customers, helpdesk, and development
Organize and conduct training sessions as well as create documentation

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING

Commercial or business administration basic training
Relevant further education in IT or similar training
Knowledge in one or more of the following training and collaboration applications: SAP Enable Now, LMS easylearn, MS Teams and SharePoint or comparable applications
Very good MS Office skills
Experience in dealing with customer requirements and projects is desirable
Customer-oriented and possesses a strong service mindset
Flexible, resilient personality with good communication skills
Fluent German language skills; good English and French skills are an advantage
