What you do:
You analyze the needs of our clients through the issued specifications.
You justify and optimize the design of structures by performing sizing calculations and resistance to static, dynamic, and thermal loads, in compliance with current standards.
You write the technical documentation related to calculation activities during all project phases, including during testing.
You actively participate in internal progress meetings and with clients.
What you bring:
You hold an EPF engineering degree or equivalent (Master's degree).
2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
You have a thorough mastery of strength of materials calculations and a good mechanical sense.
You fully understand finite element theory and can justify your modeling choices.
You express yourself and write fluently in French and English. You are able to defend your technical solutions in both languages.
Mastery of FEMAP, MSC Nastran calculation software is essential.
Knowledge of standards such as Eurocodes, FEM, and EN 13001 would be a real asset.
You are an autonomous, organized, and rigorous person and are proactive.
You know how to make decisions, explain them, but also defend them.
