We are looking for immediate or agreed start

Your tasks

• Care and support of our guests with high professional competence and empathy
• Professional and personnel management of a team of about 15 employees, where you promote, motivate, and ensure good cooperation within your team
• Situation-appropriate personnel deployment planning in Polypoint PEP considering cost-effectiveness and efficiency
• Participation in the daily routine of the residential group as well as taking over daily responsibility to ensure the quality of care, support the team, and coordinate and actively carry out daily tasks
• Responsibility for managing and conducting care reports, professional nursing discussions, and interdisciplinary reports to continuously improve care processes
• Active participation in the further development and optimization of our care services

Your profile and qualifications

• You have completed training as a certified nurse FH/HF/DNII or an equivalent SRK-recognized qualification
• You bring solid expertise and several years of experience in nursing
• Ideally, you have already gained initial leadership experience or are willing to complete further training in leadership
• Knowledge of RAI-NH/LTCF is an advantage
• You are characterized by organizational talent and a structured way of working to efficiently lead and continuously develop the residential group
• You are a flexible, committed, and resilient personality who keeps a clear head and acts solution-oriented even in challenging situations
