About the job

Accountant 80% - 100%

As an accountant, you ensure rigorous, reliable, and balanced financial management for the CIMO, FMO, and Vièze entities, guaranteeing compliance with current accounting and legal standards.

  • Establish and control client invoicing for all services
  • Record receipts and disbursements
  • Ensure client follow-up and reminders
  • Prepare and establish VAT returns
  • Keep Business Partner databases up to date
  • Provide support for processing supplier invoices and documents
  • Contribute to the management and monitoring of fixed assets
  • Participate in account monitoring and monthly closings
  • Collaborate in the training and support of the apprentice
  • Apply and comply with Swiss laws and regulations related to the function
  • Support the department in various administrative and financial tasks
  • Commercial employee CFC, business school or equivalent training, with at least 3 years of experience in accounting/finance
  • Mastery of accounting basics, including VAT returns
  • Excellent proficiency with office tools (Office, Teams, SharePoint) and very good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas)
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP (FI, SD, MM, AA, PS modules) is an asset
  • Basic knowledge of German and English
  • Strong interest in numbers and financial analysis
