Your Challenge
- Overall responsibility for vocational training in the area of apprentices within the Hälg Group (around 100 apprentices in 9 professional groups in the German and French-speaking parts of Switzerland)
- Professional leadership and advice to trainers in the recruitment and support of apprentices
- Strategic further development and implementation of the Hälg vocational training concept
- Design and implementation of central HR marketing activities and vocational training initiatives as well as strengthening the employer brand as a training company
- Handling administrative processes in the area of vocational training with the support of the HR admin team
Your Profile
- Enthusiasm for working with young adults and shaping educational topics
- High degree of independence and motivation to represent the Hälg Group as a training company
- Practical HR experience in the field of vocational training (construction/building technology industry advantageous)
- Willingness and ability to coordinate orally and in writing in French
- Further education at FH or HF level; trainer certificate
