With your dynamism and great passion for the bicycle sector, you ensure the development and expansion of a needs-based range of our own brand Stoke. You ensure the production process, quality assurance, and timely delivery and continuously develop the brand concepts further.Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the development of the bike hardgoods of our own brand Stoke (helmets, tools, lighting, pumps, etc.), in close cooperation with purchasing
- The continuous further development of the product portfolio is your core task
- You are responsible for the process from the initial idea to shipment (development, design, price positioning, ensuring quality standards, packaging, and product description)
- You develop the supplier structure in Asia as well as Europe, optimize the value chain, and conduct price negotiations
- You analyze the market and inform yourself at trade fairs
- Training of staff and exchange of experience with sales including store visits are also part of your tasks
- Handling complaints regarding product quality also falls within your area of responsibility
- Completed commercial training or as a bike mechanic or in retail with a focus on sports/bike as well as further training in the commercial field
- Ideally, you already have some professional experience in product development or design
- Good understanding of business contexts
- You are a creative mind with a sense for trends, colors, and new developments
- Your great passion and know-how in the bike sector distinguish you
- Fluent German and English skills, French is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office tools and some IT affinity
- You are an absolute team player with a confident appearance and can represent your opinion well but also show cooperation
