Your Tasks
- Ensuring comprehensive care and support of patients (m/f/d)
- Performing basic and treatment care in compliance with hygiene regulations
- Proper management of documentation according to the structural model and care planning or its implementation
- Trustworthy and professional care of our residents (m/f/d)
- Communication with relatives, all relevant professional groups, and supervisors
- Constructive cooperation in multiprofessional teams
- Cross-location employment in our 3 care centers
Your Profile
- Successfully completed examination in a nursing profession (certified geriatric nurse (m/f/d), health or nurse (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d), nursing specialist (m/f/d))
