Entry opportunity into leadership responsibility Located in a preferred location in Männedorf with views over Lake Zurich and the mountains, Hotel Boldern offers 59 single and double rooms, as well as 9 seminar and group rooms. A dining area with restaurant, garden room, bistro, terrace, and bar complete the offer. From November 2025 or by arrangement, we are looking for a motivated personality as Head Chef. In this responsible position, you carry the professional and leadership responsibility for the entire kitchen area. The chance for ambitious professionals to gain first experience as a head chef! - Design and implementation of a guest- and

Further development of process flows in the kitchen as well as with the interdisciplinary interfaces - Solid and qualified professional experience - Careful, structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working - Economical and quality-oriented purchasing - Teamwork, reliability and professional appearance - Quality control of goods delivery, storage and economical processing - Hands-on, flexible and team-oriented - Compliance with hygiene standards, HACCP regulations, including cleaning and maintenance of work equipment, devices and kitchen inventory - Enthusiasm and service-oriented attitude
