For our 3*-hotel in the middle of the small Walser village Monstein we are looking for December 1, 2025
Your tasks:
- Collaboration in a small team at various stations
- Day shifts in our second operation on the slope
- Shifts as garde manger and entremetier for the evening business
- Preparation and mise en place for both operations
Your profile:
- Completed apprenticeship as cook EFZ / EBA or at least 3 years of professional experience
- German language skills at least B2
- Joy in gastronomy
- Quality awareness
- Interest in professional advancement
- Team player

In addition to Hotel Ducan, from this winter we operate the restaurant Spina on the ski slope as a second operation. We would like to employ you as a tournant in both operations, where you would often work from 11 am to 3 pm at Spina and in the evening from 6 pm to 10 pm in our a la carte restaurant at the stove.
You mostly work at the stations of garde manger and entremetier, but are also able to relieve our head chef at the saucier station.
We offer you regular working hours, and the opportunity to work long-term in our operation during summer and winter seasons. And you will receive a free ski pass for the coming winter.
