The EMS Nelty de Beausobre, opened in 1989, is named after the last descendant of the Beausobre family. It offers 32 single rooms as well as 9 double rooms. Close to the train station and the pedestrian zone of the city center, the EMS is ideally located and allows you to enjoy nearby shops and cafes or to go to the shores of Lake Geneva.
We are looking for the EMS Nelty de Beausobre a:
Community Health and Care Assistant Geriatrics - ASSC (F/M) at 80-100%
Start date immediately or to be agreed.

YOU HAVE
- A CFC as Community Health and Care Assistant - ASSC.
- A HUMANITUDE training certificate, an asset.
- A successful first experience in geriatrics or advanced age psychiatry.
- Availability and flexibility allowing you to work day and night (continuous hours).
- Good communication skills, listening and empathy.
- A sense of multidisciplinary teamwork.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Support residents in daily life activities.
- Participate in adapting and maintaining the resident's environment with their collaboration.
- Provide care by delegation and under the responsibility of the nurse.
- Participate in the residents' life project approach and interdisciplinary care of residents.
- Participate, in collaboration with accommodation trainers, in welcoming and supervising students, apprentices and new collaborators in their sector.
