Your area of responsibility 

• Leadership and support of the interdisciplinary nursing team with about 15 employees
• Ensuring needs-based, economical, and effective care
• Implementation and compliance with quality standards and overarching decisions
• Creating an economical duty and deployment plan 
• Participation in the further development of care services within the organization
• Conducting needs assessments using Interrai-Hc
• Taking on nursing assignments
• Close collaboration with other team leaders and nursing specialists

What you bring 

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist FH/HF/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognized by the SRK
• A warm and positive basic attitude
• Leadership experience 
• Teamwork skills, resilience, and flexibility 
• Driver's license category B and own car
