The Marketing Services department is responsible for the production of various print products, coordination of mailing dispatches, planning and consulting in the execution of events, and is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction as the direct contact point for donors

Your tasks

Digital Printing

Independent execution of internal and external print orders
Personalization of printed products
Machine operation and maintenance (digital printing systems)
Procurement of consumables and papers
Professional customer advice for internal and external print inquiries

Finishing

Cutting, folding, collating, stapling, packaging
Operation and maintenance of finishing machines
Assistance with the logistical processing of orders

Additional tasks:

Support in process optimizations in the printing and finishing area
Compliance with quality standards and production specifications
Maintenance of inventory (printing materials, papers)

Our requirements

Completed vocational training in printing, finishing, lettershop or comparable technical education
Solid knowledge in digital printing and personalization
Experience in finishing (cutting, folding, collating, packaging)
Good technical understanding and machine comprehension
Sufficient knowledge of German
Teamwork skills, communication strength and resilience
Independent, structured and quality-conscious working style
Flexibility and initiative in a dynamic production environment

Workplace is Lucerne
Start of work: 01.12.2025 or by arrangement.
