Your Tasks
- Independent management of construction sites in building, civil engineering, and renovation from construction scheduling and work preparation to execution, measurement, change management, and final billing
- Responsible for quality, deadlines, and costs
- Planning and leading the construction team
- Implementation of measures for occupational safety
- Maintaining partnership contacts with clients, business partners, and employees
Your Profile
You have completed training as a bricklayer and have further training as a construction manager or a comparable qualification. With your negotiation skills, innovative and motivated personality, you lead projects efficiently and goal-oriented. Ideally, you are familiar with the SORBA construction administration and have a good understanding of Swiss construction practices and applicable legislation. Reliability and independent work are among your strengths, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and a team-oriented leadership style. You bring good MS Office skills, and your German language skills, both spoken and written, are very good.
