Take responsibility for the independent bookkeeping and financial statement preparation of several mandates in the biomass and services sector at Axpo Services AG. Actively contribute and bring your expertise to a committed team.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Independent management of general ledgers for various mandates (including Axpo Services)
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR, Swiss GAAP FER, and IFRS
• Deputy for Axpo Holding AG, including booking of treasury transactions, investments, and securities
• Intercompany reconciliations and consolidation reporting in the Tagetik tool
• Preparation of business reports, variance analyses, and closing files
• Management of subsidiary ledgers (banks, accounts receivable including invoicing and dunning, accounts payable)
• Support of the interface to operational and asset accounting
• Preparation of tax returns, VAT statements, and other declarations
• Creation of statistics for authorities and industry organizations

Profile & Requirements

• Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting (e.g., specialist in finance and accounting or Bachelor in Business Administration)
• Several years of practical experience in finance and accounting – must-have
• Very good knowledge of accounting standards (OR, Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS) and solid tax knowledge
• Very good Excel skills, confident handling of SAP and MS Office; experience with Tagetik is an advantage
• Excellent self-management, good problem-solving and communication skills, resilience, and assertiveness
• Fluent German, very good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
